Hire this group! This is by far the best company with which I have ever worked! All work was completed quickly and efficiently with extreme attention to every detail. Each person with whom I had contact was not just professional but also pleasant, personable, and concerned that I was satisfied with the results. This company far exceeded all of my expectations in every way, and I had total peace of mind throughout the entire process largely due to Alex. I woke up one morning after a bad storm to discover a TREE PUNCTURED THROUGH MY ROOF. It was literally poking through my daughter's bedroom cieling pouring in water. I panic texted my friends asking what to do and my friend sent me directly to Prodigy. I called up Jordan and Kim and they were on site within hours coordinating getting the debris removed. They patched my roof same day. But then they went above and beyond. They facilitated my claim with my insurance company and within a month, I had a brand new roof. Prodigy is not just another roofing company; they are the masters of coordinating thorny roof repairs with typically stingy insurance companies. 10/10 would reccomend. I highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond to make sure our home was exactly how we wanted it. Harrison West was great at communicating and keeping us up to date on the whole process. Devin and Jason are awesome as well, and worked diligently to get the job done right. They asked us multiple times throughout if we liked how it looked, and If we wanted to change anything. Prodigy also made the whole insurance part so easy and headache free for us. They were very thorough with the estimate and getting insurance everything they needed. They all truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. We needed a new roof, so my friend recommended prodigy. Literally they blew my mind on how steadfast they were in working with my very reluctant insurance company. They were absolutely amazing! Most companies would have just submitted to the insurance company and moved on. Prodigy went back to the insurance company multiple times to save me more money and get things taken care of appropriately. When the insurance company asked for more pictures or additional information they did it IMMEDIATELY. They kept me in the loop at all times, yet I didn’t have to do anything to speed up my claim- they did EVERYTHING. I didn’t know this company before, but I HIGHLY recommend them. Prodigy Restoration did an awesome job replacing our roof and assistance in dealing with the insurance company. We initially had the insurance deny our claim saying that only the gutters and vents had received damaged. The owner came out and and re-asseted the damaged and refiled the claim. Thanks to Nick and the Prodigy team after three attempts the insurance company finally paid to have the roof replaced and brought up to current law requirements to included all new decking. Nick was great to work with and handled any issues that came up. Prodigy was also understanding when insurance checks were delayed. We had Prodigy inspect our roof. They found we had extensive hail damage. We were very concerned about the cost and insurance. They took care of everything, from meeting with our insurance company and their inspector to making sure everything was covered by the insurance. We were certain it was going to cost us out of pocket, but we ended up only paying our deductible. We were so pleased with the service, and the attention to detail with the insurance coverage. There were no issues with the HOA because they made sure the color matched our regulations. They were very patient waiting for payment from the insurance company. I can’t say enough good things about Prodigy Restoration and Nick who helped us through the whole process of getting our roof and guttering replaced! I was VERY anxious about even trying bc of bad experiences in the past, and other roofing companies trying to “over sale” themselves and guarantee things they obviously shouldn’t. Nick was very helpful and upfront about what to expect and told me he’d do everything he could to get insurance to cover as much as possible on our project. He definitely went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the outcome! We felt like he really cared, and we are in love with how everything turned out! Devin knows the industry inside and out and stepped in to handle everything when my insurance company became difficult. Recently had my roof redone by Prodigy, they worked with me to find what I needed and came to a price that was within good reason. They were able to come out and stripe and replace my roof in a single day. Even replaced my fairly new gutters that they had to remove to redo the roof correctly all within the price that was agreed upon. I had Fernando who was working with me throughout the whole process who was very help and described everything in good detail so that I was not left in the dark about how the process would happen. All in all. The communication and interaction with Fernando and Prodigy was easy and without any problems. When excessive hail damage required a new roof and gutters, my insurance agent recommended Prodigy Restoration. From the initial phone conversation, with Beau Waller, to the completion of the roof, we could not be happier. It was such a positive experience. Beau was with us every step of the way meeting with the adjusters (multiple times) and working with our insurance company to make sure we got the maximum amount of money for the project. In addition, he oversaw the installation of the roof while on site for the two days it took. He and his team are incredible and conscientious. After they completed the roof they did an amazing clean up job. they even had a mechanism where they went around the property and magnetically picked up any nails. The entire Prodigy Restoration team gets 5+ stars from us. Special recognition goes out to Mason Pickard. He guided and supported us through the entire process. From the free roof inspection to helping us navigate an extremely difficult and frustrating insurance claim. He was onsite the day of installation in case anything went wrong and was here on the final inspection day. I referred them to my brother and he was extremely pleased with their work as well. I also referred them to my son and appreciate that they didn’t try to sell him a roof he didn’t need yet. After being denied by our insurance, Brad worked tirelessly to ensure we got what we were owed, he handled all the communication with insurance, was here for the second inspection with the adjuster, and followed through on everything he promised us on day one. The roofing install and new gutters were done in one day with full clean up and a very professional crew. The number of neighbors that have reached out about how good our house looks keep adding up. I’m as skeptical as it gets when dealing with “salesmen” and insurance but if you’re looking for no BS and the job done right this is definitely the company you want on your side! Will had showed up to my house to “check my roof” one day and I am glad I let him! Will told me that I had damage to the roof and other areas of my house. We put the claim in to the insurance company and they tried to low ball the payout for repair. I felt defeated as this was the second time the insurance company had done this to me. Will reassured me that he would go to bat for me and try to get everything that was needed to get a full replacement done. Will just asked that I trust him. The insurance company sent someone out to inspect my roof and Will was there through the whole process. He was here every day through the process making sure it was done to our satisfaction. Will and Prodigy made sure my home was left far better than they found it. I now have upgraded impact resist shingles, gutters, and a much cheaper insurance premium. A friend of mine had her roof replaced and I asked who did the work and she referred me to Nicholas with Prodigy Restoration. I met with Nicholas, he did a thorough inspection, met with the insurance adjuster, wrote up the estimate bringing everything up to code and filed the claim with my insurance. Harrison West and Devin Cline kept their word with estimates and making sure the house was fixed to the highest standards. We had to fight the insurance company over the estimates, and I can assure you will not be disappointed with how aggressive they were as well as the level of professionalism they showed through the process. The house looks amazing with the work performed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Devin is the best! We had another roofing company that we were very far in the process with but they became unresponsive so we had to find a new company. Devin was so much more thorough than the first company was, and got us literally double the amount from insurance to cover our repairs. He checked in multiple times along the process to make sure we were happy with the work being done and make any changes we requested.
